The Team Leadership Online Course equips team leaders, supervisors and managers with the skills they need to successfully develop high performing teams. Participants will learn how to provide effective feedback, use structured coaching processes, address performance issues and be introduced to situational leadership strategies.

The virtual course is delivered over three instructor-led online sessions and includes additional reading and assessment activities. In addition, participants receive a 30 minute private coaching session with the instructor after completion of the course.
