Calabrio Continues Explosive Growth, Closes 2015 With More Than 160 New Customers

CALABRIO CONTINUES EXPLOSIVE GROWTH, CLOSES 2015 WITH MORE THAN 160 NEW CUSTOMERS

Calabrio Records More Than One Billion Calls, Named a “Leader” in The Gartner Magic Quadrant and Sees More Than One-third of Sales From Competitive Displacements
 
 
MINNEAPOLIS – Calabrio, a customer engagement software company that provides analytic insights to catalyze growth, closed 2015 with record numbers and continued market leadership.
 
“2015 was an exciting year for Calabrio. We worked hard this year to open new doors for our customers and that effort was recognized by industry analysts. We closed with strong numbers which is a big win for the whole team,” said Calabrio CEO Tom Goodmanson. “Our fourth quarter was one of the strongest in the company’s history, which provides a solid foundation for us to continue growing upon in 2016.”
 
Record Company Growth
In 2015, Calabrio grew revenue by more than 40 percent year-over-year and recorded more than one billion calls—a first in its eight-year history. The company invested significantly in product development for its analytics product, added Intraday Dynamic Scheduling (WFM) and Automatic Evaluation Queues (QM), and expanded support for Avaya platforms. More than two-thirds of product updates released in 2015 were driven by direct customer feedback.
 
The company expanded its global reach by opening a regional office in Singapore and signing a strategic partnership deal with PCS Software in Brazil. In total, Calabrio inked 36 new partner agreements last year—another record for the company. 
 
Customer-Powered Growth
In its effort to catalyze growth for customers, Calabrio added more than 160 new companies to its roster in 2015 including Jaguar Land Rover and Maersk. Of the company’s new customers, more than one-third were competitive displacements. Additionally, the company added 76 new full-time employees to better support continued growth and customer success.
 
Industry leadership
Calabrio continues to be a pioneer in the industry. In December 2015, Calabrio was for the first time named a “Leader” in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Customer Engagement Center Workforce Optimization
 
Additionally, Calabrio won several awards in 2015, including:
·       TMCNet’s CUSTOMER Magazine awarded Calabrio with four awards, including a Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award, two Contact Center Technology Awards for Calabrio ONE, and a TMC Labs Innovation award
