RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Mandarin / Cantonese Speaking Licensed Health Insurance Agents will learn the ins and outs of the Insurance industry. You will receive inbound calls from customers who are interested in purchasing health plans. Unitel will provide all the necessary resources and tools for our agents to be successful – equipment, paid training for any required Health Insurance License (s).

• Receive inbound calls from new and former customers
• Use active listening skills to guide customers to the appropriate plan for them
• Explain company sales, medical underwriting, and enrollment process to set realistic member expectations
• Meet and/or exceed established performance goals in the areas of sales, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, adherence, and attendance
• Work effectively in a great work environment
• We pay for Certification and paid training

Learn and understand the product line to help individuals & families make important decisions about healthcare

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Recent experience being a Health Insurance Agent a Plus
• Demonstrated success at being able to collect relevant info, determine needs, and connect customers to the appropriate health plan (i.e. multi-task)
• Responsive to customer needs and concerns
• Being a self-proclaimed MS Windows expert
• Successfully work from your home office - we provide the training & tools for your success

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
