Alorica Taps Industry Veterans To Drive Corporate Growth Initiatives

ALORICA TAPS INDUSTRY VETERANS TO DRIVE CORPORATE GROWTH INITIATIVES

-Expansion Efforts Expected to Ignite Employment Opportunities in Key Markets-

IRVINE, Calif. — Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announced that four new executive team members have joined the company to help drive accelerated growth plans. Expecting record progress over the next several years, Alorica sought top leaders in their respective fields who will be instrumental in propelling the company forward. New members joining the current executive team are Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Art DiBari, Chief Accounting Officer James Molloy, Chief Sales Officer Chris Crowley and Chief People Officer Cornelius “Connie” Colao.

Each of these new executive team members will provide innovative solutions to support our clients and create a growth-driven workplace for our employees,” said Andy Lee, chairman and chief executive officer of Alorica. “The expanded leadership team provides Alorica with the ability to further build momentum and expand the company’s position as one of the industry’s largest domestic providers of on-demand support.”

New to the executive team is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Art DiBari. A 25-year industry veteran, DiBari is responsible for leading all domestic and international operations. He will also focus on managing and developing the growth and profitability of client accounts. DiBari comes to Alorica from APAC Customer Service, Inc., where he served as interim CEO and Senior Vice President for ACS, Inc. Prior to that he held the position of Senior Vice President for Aegis Communications.

Also joining the new Alorica executive team is Chief Accounting Officer James Molloy. With more than 30 years of financial and business experience, Molloy will oversee the company’s accounting division. He comes to Alorica after stints as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Vanguard Logistics Services and leadership positions at BAX Global, The Brink's Company and Deloitte and Touche.

Another new team member is Chief Sales Officer Chris Crowley. Crowley is tasked with creating a sales team to increase customer acquisitions, as well as increasing the visibility and brand awareness of Alorica. Crowley is a 17-year outsourcing industry veteran with prior leadership positions held at APAC Customer Services, Inc., where he led the company’s sales efforts as the senior vice president of sales and in telecommunications industry at MCI Communications.

Rounding out the executive team is Chief People Officer Cornelius “Connie” Colao. A 30-year human resources veteran, Colao will oversee HR functions as well as direct programs that attract and retain the expertise and talent desired by employees of Alorica. He is also tasked with supporting the optimization of organization capabilities. Colao comes to Alorica after stints with PepsiCo Inc. and Yum! Brands Inc.
